As for "unprecedented," do a tiny bit of presidential history, and I don't think it'd be hard to find previous presidents who had "questionable" connections.

And I won't even bother to bring up John McCain's "questionable" ties (of which there are many). ALL politicians have "questionable" ties. What are you going to do? Not vote?
